POOL DAY 
Summer has arrived for good in Ioannina. From the first days of July it has been warm and particularly sunny. As it is natural all of us under these conditions are looking for small oases of coolness. So in the semi-autonomous living apartments of ARSIS in Ioannina, Greece, the beneficiaries visited a swimming pool at a hotel in the city. The young men and women of our program, accompanied by staff members, enjoyed cool dips in the pool, as well as refreshments in shady corners of the cafeteria. The activity was quite pleasant and filled them with beautiful memories and experiences.
COOKING
The beneficiaries of the semi-autonomous living apartments of ARSIS in Ioannina, Greece, participated in cooking activities, as they like to cook food from their local cuisine as well as from other countries! Food also brings people together and brings back memories of their country of origin! It was a very beautiful afternoon!
PAINTING 
The beneficiaries of the semi-autonomous living apartments of ARSIS in Ioannina, Greece participated in painting workshops as they are very fond of painting, some of them even have a special talent for it. Therefore, once a week, for a month, they met in the afternoon and paint! They had a great time!
COMPUTER LESSONS 
The beneficiaries of the semi-autonomous living apartments of ARSIS in Ioannina, Greece, and other unaccompanied minors from the shelters in Ioannina, participated in computer lessons with a great success! They met once a week for two and a half months and had their lessons. A volunteer who was a computer teacher taught them the essential knowledge they need to know and that will be useful to them. There was a lot of participation and interest from the minors!
The RoAD to Adulthood – Mentorship to Help UAMs Navigate Adulthood project is co-funded by the Asylum Migration and Integration Fund of the European Union European Commission, aiming at supporting unaccompanied children and young people (former UAMs) in their transition towards adulthood and integration. Is implemented by four organizations, ARSIS – Association for the Social Support of Youth in Greece, Defence for Children International Italia in Italy, Punt de Referència in Spain, and the Mentoring Europe in Netherlands. Project started on February 2022 and will be completed in January 2024.
