Με τελευταίο σταθμό την Πολωνία ολοκληρώθηκε το έργο “Exchange and Learning for Psychologists and Social Workers, Integration of Youths with Migration Background” με συντονιστή φορέα το POLISH MIGRATION FORUM FOUNDATION. Το πρόγραμμα είχε σκοπό την ανταλλαγή καλών πρακτικών και εμπειριών Ψυχολόγων που δουλεύουν στο πεδίο από 5 διαφορετικές χώρες. Συνεργαζόμενοι φορείς: PMF (Poland), CORDELIA (Hungary), IPSO (Germany), Nadja (Bulgaria), Open Group (Italy), SGDD-ASAM (Turkey).
Σε αυτό το ταξίδι είχαμε την ευκαιρία να επισκεφτούμε 3 χώρες (Τουρκία, Γερμανία και Πολωνία) να ανταλλάξουμε καλές πρακτικές, εμπειρίες και προβληματισμούς με τους αντίστοιχους φορείς που δουλεύουν στον τομέα του προσφυγικού!
Last stop in Poland before the official end of the Erasmus Plus Program “Exchange and Learning for Psychologists and Social Workers, Integration of Youths with Migration Background” with leader organisation the POLISH MIGRATION FORUM FOUNDATION. The goal of this project was the exchange of experiences between organizations providing psychological help to migrants. A project is a learning tool for organizations providing mental health support for migrant and refugee youth.
During this trip, we had the opportunity to visit 3 countries (Turkey, Germany and Poland) to exchange good practices, experiences and concerns with our partners who are also working with refugees!
