applicants for international protection from 2023 to 2024 have been collected and published in a single volume by ARSIS \u2013 Association for the Social Support of Youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the fourth, updated and expanded edition entitled \u201cSeeking International Protection: A Case \u2013 Law Handbook 2023-2024\u201d. The publication is available in digital and printed form and aspires to be a useful guide for those who deal with the refugee phenomenon in Greece and, in particular, with vulnerable social groups. This fourth edition complements the previous work by incorporating more new decisions and by broadening the research scope to all third-country nationals applying for international protection in Greece. Achieving the optimal possible outcome and rendering this project useful for anyone engaged in the field of international protection was mostly due to the fruitful collaboration between ARSIS\u2019legal team and free-lance attorneys specializing in the provision of legal services to third-country nationals. With these introductory remarks, we aspire that this handbook will once again prove to be a useful guide\/tool for those dealing with the refugee issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
