The Community Mobilization Team Leader is in charge of leading a team of 3 Community Mobilizers + 3 Translators and of facilitating the work of Tdh within the refugee communities in the targeted sites.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Job requirements: <\/u><\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Knowledge and skills :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in relevant field (social science, community development\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in community mobilization (emergency programme preferable).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of refugees\u2019 context.<\/li>\n<li>Technical, organizational and methodological competences.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and dynamism.<\/li>\n<li>Diplomacy and ability to work effectively with others.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle pressure well and to work in a multi-cultural environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Languages:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English and Greek.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Arabic, Farsi or Kurdish is an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must have a valid driving licence (B).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can see the Job offer\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/arsis.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/COMM-MOB-TL-Job-offer.docx\">here<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline for applications: 19 August 2016<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General description of the position: This position is under the administrative management of ARSIS\u00a0but the chosen candidate will be working under Terre des hommes&#8217; operational management in Greece.
