The Advocacy Programme for Unaccompanied Children, which is already being implemented by ARSIS \u2013 Association for the Social Support of Youth since September 2021, is renewed for an additional year, until March 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project \u201cImproving Living Conditions for Unaccompanied Minors (UAMs) and Defending their Fundamental Rights\u201d is supported and funded by the humanitarian organization \u201cGerman Doctors e.V.<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program aims to support unaccompanied children (UAMs) through daily monitoring of child protection developments, by submitting proposals and taking initiatives to improve their living conditions and ensure their legal residence in the country. It further aims to resolve any other issue related to the integration of unaccompanied children into society and to ensure the best interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An important part of the programme is the possibility to represent unaccompanied children in courts for cases related to the right to international protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since January 2022, more than fifty (50) unaccompanied children and young adults (formerly unaccompanied) have been represented in the Administrative Courts for the annulment of return decisions to their country of origin. The vast majority of them have already received their asylum card back. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Programm zielt darauf ab, unbegleitete Kinder (UAMs) durch t\u00e4gliche \u00dcberwachung der Entwicklungen im Kindesschutz zu unterst\u00fctzen, indem sie Vorschl\u00e4ge einreichen und Initiativen ergreifen, um ihre Lebensbedingungen zu verbessern und ihren rechtm\u00e4\u00dfigen Aufenthalt im Land zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Sie zielt ferner darauf ab, alle anderen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der Integration unbegleiteter Kinder in die Gesellschaft zu l\u00f6sen und das Wohl zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein wichtiger Teil des Programms ist die M\u00f6glichkeit, unbegleitete Kinder in F\u00e4llen im Zusammenhang mit dem Recht auf internationalen Schutz vor Gericht zu vertreten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seit Januar 2022 sind mehr als f\u00fcnfzig (50) unbegleitete Kinder und junge Erwachsene (fr\u00fcher unbegleitet) in den Verwaltungsgerichten f\u00fcr die Nichtigerkl\u00e4rung von R\u00fcckf\u00fchrungsentscheidungen in ihrem Herkunftsland vertreten. Die \u00fcberwiegende Mehrheit von ihnen hat bereits ihre Asylkarte zur\u00fcckerhalten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
