This is the third, updated and expanded edition entitled “ISeeking International Protection: A Case – Law Handbook 2022-2023”. The publication is available in digital and printed form and aspires to be a useful guide for those who deal with the refugee phenomenon in Greece and, in particular, with vulnerable social groups. This third edition complements the previous work by incorporating more new decisions and by broadening the research scope to all third-country nationals applying for international protection in Greece. Achieving the optimal possible outcome and rendering this project useful for anyone engaged in the field of international protection was mostly due to the fruitful collaboration between ARSIS\u2019legal team and free-lance attorneys specializing in the provision of legal services to third-country nationals. With these introductory remarks, we aspire that this handbook will once again prove to be a useful guide\/tool for those dealing with the refugee issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
