It is evident that an increasing number of educators and assistants, social workers, animators and pedagogical professionals must intervene to provide more and better quality education that responds to the real needs of children \/ young people even outside the school context. This can be done through initiatives that focus on the personal and social development of young people, taking into account their respective realities and promoting their inclusion.Through the implementation of training courses and the production of a toolkit, animators, educators and assistants from partner organisations will have the opportunity to improve their core skills and knowledge to with children and \/ or young people with disabilities or with special educational needs. Partners will have a better qualified staff and be able to offer higher quality services to families and the community, responding better to needs of their target group. \nThree training courses will be implemented on the following topics:\n<ul>\n \t<li>The 3 \u201cAs\u201d Approach: an educational approach based on professional experience in the field of education and special didactics, which is aimed at children aged between 5 to 16 years old with atypical development (disabilities, special educational needs).<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li>Socialisation and self-esteem: to help youth workers to better understand and support children with special education needs in the development of social skills, and specifically self-esteem, which are essential for relationship- building, learning, independent living, working etc.<\/li>\n \t<li>The AAC Methodology: communication methods to supplement or replace speech or writing for those who have difficulties in producing or understanding spoken or written language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-710aecd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"710aecd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<b>Objectives<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<ol>\n \t<li>To develop a training course targeted to youth workers, social educators and professionals working in the socio-educational sector with children and adolescents with disabilities or special educational needs;<\/li>\n \t<li>To promote the exchange of good practices and knowledge for a greater involvement of professionals and all those who are part of the educational sphere of children and adolescents with disabilities or special educational needs (e.g. families, caregivers, educators) in order to meet their developmental needs and to participate actively in the definition of their educational projects;<\/li>\n \t<li>To foster the capacity of organisations to network at a transnational level in partnership with other entities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0394\u03b9\u03ac\u03c1\u03ba\u03b5\u03b9\u03b1 \u03c4\u03bf\u03c5 \u03ad\u03c1\u03b3\u03bf\u03c5: 30\/01\/2022 &#8211;
