Civil Society Organizations, including ARSIS – Association for the Social Support of Youth, have issued a joint statement calling for the effective implementation of safeguards to protect unaccompanied children within the European Union.
The statement emphasizes that ensuring the rights of unaccompanied children at Europe’s borders is a fundamental priority as the European Union’s Pact on Migration and Asylum (EU Pact) is set to be implemented at the national level.
