Specialized information on the steps to follow when resorting to the legal remedy of applying for annulment in asylum cases was given to the lawyers of ARSIS - Association for the Social Support of Youth who participated in a training seminar.
The seminar, entitled "The annulment procedure in International Protection cases", was organized by ARSIS Advocacy Officer Kostas Kyrmanidis and the organization's lawyer Anthi Argyriou.
18 lawyers participated, were informed, and exchanged views on issues related to the annulment application and legal arguments.
The "Advocacy" project of ARSIS is implemented in the framework of the program "Improving Living Conditions for Unaccompanied Minors (UAMs) and Defending their Fundamental Rights" in cooperation and with the funding of the organization "German Doctors e.V.
