The podcast was published in the #ARSIS broadcasting archive on StarClassic Radio.

The head of the expedition, Mr Daniel Pattarini – Outreach Officer, ECA, State Department – introduces us to the Gilman Scholarship Program. Three scholars share their thoughts and impressions on actions that were carried out in collaboration with the ARSIS NGO.

Our discussion focuses especially on experiential visits to:

– Nea Kavala open camp facility for hosting refugees

– ARSIS Shelter for Unaccompanied Minors in Peraia,

– Centre for Homeless Unaccompanied Minors and

– Youth Support Center in Thessaloniki

– Innovative Enterprises for the Social Integration of Refugees (Naomi Ecumenical Workshop for Refugees and KRΕIΤTON Second Chance Social Enterprise).

Their words about the dedication and ingenuity of the scientists dealing with refugees are moving, and they express the kind intention on behalf of all scholars to collaborate further to support the work of the organizations involved.

The discussion was hosted and coordinated by Vasiliki Fitoka.

The recording took place at ARSIS Web Radio Studio and was published online by StarClassic Radio.

Recorded, mixed, and edited by Theo Hitiris, head of ARSIS Web Radio Workshop.
